Join us in our upcoming two hour Coachesâ Clinic on Monday, October 19th 6-8PM. We will cover three themes that consist of practice planning, skill development and coaching leadership. There will be on-court and off-court training for skill development, offensive and defensive drills that you can implement with your team! We will also address how to mentally prepare your athletes and how to connect with them on and off the court. Leave feeling confident for the season with a PDF version of all the drills that we will be going over during the clinic!

Our Spring Kâ3rd Grade All Girls Train and Play program is designed to introduce young athletes to basketball in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment. This program focuses on building foundational basketball skills while helping girls feel confident, comfortable, and excited to be on the court.
This program is about more than basketball. Our trainers focus on building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and helping each athlete feel comfortable and empowered on the court. Through a mix of training and play, girls will develop skills, self-belief, and a love for the game in a positive, all-girls space. The girls will be divided up by skill level to ensure they compete with athletes of comparable ability.
Early Bird Price: $49 per athlete for all 8 sessions
Regular Price: $69 per athlete for all 8 sessions

You will pay for the Train and Play through the PayPal link below and we will enroll your athlete on our end through their MindBody account. Please email us if you have any questions.
